304l stainless steel wire rod is a common stainless steel product, which is characterized by excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The chemical composition of this material mainly includes elements such as chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), manganese (Mn), silicon (Si) and carbon (C). Among them, chromium is the main alloying element of stainless steel, which can improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel; nickel can improve the toughness and cold deformation resistance of stainless steel; manganese can improve the hardness and strength of stainless steel; silicon can improve the thermal oxidation resistance of stainless steel; carbon is the main alloying element of low-carbon stainless steel, which can reduce the carbonization tendency of stainless steel.
The physical properties of 304l stainless steel wire rod include thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, resistivity, etc. These physical properties are related to the thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and thermal expansion of stainless steel plates, and can play different roles in different application fields. For example, stainless steel plates with high thermal conductivity are suitable for occasions where rapid heat conduction is required; stainless steel plates with low thermal expansion coefficients are suitable for occasions where stable dimensions are required.
