Corrosion resistance
\nSUS304L is an austenitic stainless steel with a chromium content of 18%-20%, a nickel content of 9%-13%, and a carbon content of \u22640.03%, which effectively reduces the precipitation of carbides in the heat-affected zone of welding and significantly reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion. It maintains stable performance in the temperature range of -196\u2103 to 800\u2103, and is especially suitable for chemical equipment, pressure vessels and other scenes with high requirements for corrosion resistance.<\/p>\n

Mechanical properties
\nTensile strength \u2265520MPa, yield strength \u2265205MPa, elongation \u226540%, cross-sectional shrinkage \u226560%, hardness \u2264187HB. Its single-phase austenite structure is non-magnetic and still maintains good toughness after processing. \u200c<\/p>\n

Processing characteristics
