Ultra-low carbon structure: Carbon content ≤ 0.03%, significantly reducing carbide precipitation during welding, avoiding intergranular corrosion, and ensuring corrosion resistance.
Corrosion resistance: Excellent performance in acid, alkali, chloride and marine environments, and still maintains good corrosion resistance after welding, suitable for chemical equipment, food processing and other fields.
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥ 520N/mm², yield strength ≥ 205N/mm², elongation ≥ 40%, with both strength and plasticity.
Processing characteristics
Processing performance: Can be cold stamped, stretched, cut and welded, surface treatment includes 2B smooth surface, mirror surface, etc., suitable for a variety of molding processes.
High temperature stability: Mechanical properties are still maintained under conventional high temperature environment (such as below 800℃), suitable for parts such as automobile exhaust pipes.
