SS 321 Stainless steel coil

SS321 is a titanium-stabilized stainless steel with good corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. It is commonly used in chemical, petroleum and pharmaceutical industries. SS321 has good resistance to radiation damage in the fields of nuclear fuel processing and nuclear waste treatment, and has good resistance to high temperature and oxidation in the manufacturing of industrial furnaces such as high temperature furnaces and vacuum furnaces.

The characteristics of SS321 stainless steel coil are as follows:

Stable austenitic stainless steel: SS321 is a stable austenitic stainless steel with at least 5 times the carbon content added.

Excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance: SS321 has excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance and good creep strength.

Good creep strength: It also improves some characteristics at high temperatures.

Suitable for high temperature environment: It is mainly used in oil refining equipment, pressure vessel pipelines, radiation superheaters, bellows and high temperature heat treatment equipment.

Good mechanical properties: SS321 stainless steel has good wear resistance in organic and inorganic acids of different concentrations and temperatures, especially in oxidizing media.

Good work hardening: SS321 stainless steel has excellent work hardening (weak magnetism after processing).

Good weldability: SS321 stainless steel is non-magnetic in the solid solution state and has good weldability
