410 stainless steel wire rods

410 stainless steel also has a very special characteristic, that is, it does not contain nickel, but contains a small amount of Ti, Mo, Nb and other elements, so the thermal conductivity of this material is very good. At the same time, it also has a very good expansion coefficient and anti-oxidation ability. Sometimes it can also resist the erosion of some corrosive substances.

As a common stainless steel material, 410 stainless steel wire rod has the following characteristics:

High hardness and wear resistance: 410 stainless steel has high hardness and wear resistance due to its high carbon and chromium content. This makes it excellent in manufacturing knives, cutting tools, bearings, screws and high-strength mechanical parts.

Strength: After quenching and tempering, 410 stainless steel can obtain high tensile strength and yield strength, which is suitable for manufacturing high-strength parts.

Magnetic properties: 410 stainless steel is a magnetic material, so it has advantages in applications that require magnetic properties.

Good tensile strength, creep strength and fatigue strength: 410 stainless steel has good tensile strength, creep strength and fatigue strength, but has slight corrosion resistance. After annealing, it can be moderately stretched and formed, and has fairly good cold working properties.
