321H stainless steel coil

321H Stainless Steel Coil: is a high carbon modified version with a higher carbon content than 321 Stainless Steel Coil. This high carbon content allows 321H to withstand higher temperatures than type 321 and is typically used in environments exceeding 1000°F (about 538°C).

Corrosion resistance
Titanium alloy design (0Cr18Ni10Ti) improves intergranular corrosion resistance and high temperature strength by adding titanium elements, and is suitable for chemical, petroleum and other industrial environments with high requirements for intergranular corrosion resistance. ‌

High temperature strength
It can maintain stable performance in high temperature environments of 427-816°C, with a tensile strength of 515MPa and a yield strength of 205MPa, suitable for high temperature and high pressure scenes such as boiler pipes and heat exchangers. ‌

Oxidation resistance
The addition of titanium enhances the antioxidant ability, especially suitable for industrial parts such as chemical pressure vessels and petroleum refining equipment that need to resist strong corrosive media such as nitric acid and sulfuric acid. ‌

Organization stability
It can still maintain good organizational stability in high temperature environments, avoid performance degradation caused by grain boundary oxidation or phase change, and extend service life

Composition of Stainless Steel

Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon. Stainless steels are steels containing at least 10.5% chromium, less than 1.2% carbon and other alloying elements. Stainless steel’s corrosion resistance and

mechanical properties can be further enhanced by adding other elements, such as nickel, molybdenum, titanium, niobium, manganese, etc.
