Corrosion resistance
Performs well in corrosive environments containing chloride ions (such as seawater and salt water), and can effectively resist pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
High temperature stability
High carbon content (such as TP316H model) can maintain mechanical properties at high temperatures and is suitable for high temperature environments.
Welding performance
Some models (such as TP316L) have low carbon content and still maintain good corrosion resistance after welding, avoiding the risk of intergranular corrosion.
Mechanical properties
Tensile strength of about 520 MPa, elongation of 40%, with both high strength and plasticity.
Applicable scenarios
Widely used in petrochemical, marine engineering, medicine and other fields, especially suitable for chlorine-containing media or high-temperature corrosive environments.
