Corrosion resistance
It exhibits strong corrosion resistance to the atmosphere, fresh water, acidic solutions (such as acetic acid, nitric acid) and weak alkaline environments at room temperature, and is particularly suitable for food processing equipment, chemical pipelines and other scenarios. Avoid contact with chloride ion media (such as seawater) to prevent local corrosion.
Mechanical properties
Tensile strength ≥ 620MPa, yield strength ≥ 310MPa, elongation up to 46.7%, with both high temperature strength and creep resistance, can be used for a short period of time at 1000-1200℃.
Processing performance
It can be processed into round bars, hexagonal bars and other forms through hot rolling, cold drawing, grinding and other processes, with high surface gloss and no magnetism. Solution treatment (1010-1150℃ fast cooling) is required after welding to optimize corrosion resistance. Common processing methods include TIG welding, MIG welding, etc.
