309S stainless steel plate sheet

309S stainless steel plate is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel material with excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. It can be repeatedly heated and used in an environment below 980°C [2]. The material contains 23% chromium and 13% nickel. The high-temperature performance is enhanced by adding elements such as molybdenum and tungsten. It has the characteristics of non-magnetic in solid solution state and good creep resistance [1]. Its surface treatment process includes cold rolling 2B, hot rolling NO.1 and other types, and supports secondary processing such as mirror drawing, stamping and bending. As an industrial metal material, it is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure scenarios such as petrochemical equipment, high-temperature furnace tubes, incinerators, etc.
