Corrosion resistance
304 stainless steel bar contains 18% chromium, and a dense oxide protective film is easily formed on the surface, which can resist most oxidizing acid and alkali corrosion, especially suitable for humid environments.
Mechanical properties
Tensile strength ≥515MPa, elongation ≥40%, with both high strength and good toughness. It maintains stable performance under high temperature (≤800℃) and low temperature (-196℃) environments.
Processing characteristics
It has excellent cold processing performance and can be made into complex shapes through cold rolling, stamping and other processes, and the strength is further improved after processing. It has good welding performance and is suitable for arc welding, TIG welding and other processes.
