SS304L has a carbon content of ≤0.030%, which significantly reduces the precipitation of carbides in the heat-affected zone of welding and avoids the risk of intergranular corrosion. Mechanical properties
Tensile strength ≥520MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥40%, hardness ≤187HB. It has good deep drawing, polishing and processability, and can meet the needs of complex structure manufacturing.
Welding characteristics
