Corrosion resistance
It performs well in corrosive media containing chloride ions (such as seawater, salt water), sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, etc. The critical pitting temperature is ≥35℃, and the corrosion resistance is significantly better than 304 stainless steel.
High temperature resistance
It can withstand high temperature environments up to 870℃ and still maintain stable mechanical properties, suitable for high-temperature industrial scenarios.
Mechanical properties
Tensile strength ≥480MPa, yield strength ≥170MPa, elongation ≥40%, with both high strength and toughness.
Processing characteristics
It supports TIG/MIG welding process, and the cold rolling deformation can reach 60%, but after forming, solution treatment (1050–1100℃ water quenching) is required to restore corrosion resistance.
