Corrosion resistance
304L stainless steel (00Cr19Ni10) has a lower carbon content (usually ≤0.03%), significantly reduces the precipitation of chromium carbide, and has better intergranular corrosion resistance than ordinary 304 stainless steel. It is especially suitable for scenes that do not require heat treatment after welding.
Processing performance
It can still maintain good corrosion resistance after welding, and it is not easy to harden during processing (such as stamping and bending), which is suitable for complex forming processes.
Applicable scenarios
It is widely used in scenes such as chemical equipment, oil storage tanks, and outdoor decorative materials that require corrosion resistance and convenient welding, especially in the presence of chlorides or high temperature environments (below 800℃). It is stable.
