SS304L has a carbon content of ≤0.030%, which significantly reduces the precipitation of carbides in the heat-affected zone of welding and avoids the risk of intergranular corrosion. It maintains stable performance in the temperature range of -196℃ to 800℃, and is suitable for scenes with high requirements for corrosion resistance such as chemical equipment and pressure vessels.
Mechanical properties
Tensile strength ≥520MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥40%, hardness ≤187HB. It has good deep drawing, polishing and processability, and can meet the needs of complex structure manufacturing.
Welding characteristics
The low carbon characteristics enable it to maintain excellent corrosion resistance after welding, and a strong joint can be formed without additional treatment. It is suitable for scenes requiring high welding quality such as pressure vessels and chemical equipment.
