High temperature resistance
It can work continuously at 1200℃, and the continuous use temperature can reach 1150℃. Its high temperature creep strength is better than other stainless steels, and it is suitable for high temperature industrial equipment.
Anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance
The high chromium (24%-26%) and high nickel (19%-22%) components make it excellent in high temperature and corrosive environments, especially suitable for nitric acid, alkali solution and most organic/inorganic acid environments with a concentration of less than 65%.
Processing performance
It can be formed by hot rolling, cold rolling, forging, etc., with strong plasticity, meeting the needs of precision processing, and is suitable for manufacturing mechanical parts with complex shapes.
Non-magnetic
It is non-magnetic in the solid solution state, suitable for special scenarios where magnetic interference needs to be avoided.
Physical properties
Melting point 1398-1454℃, density 7.93g/cm³, thermal conductivity 14.2W/m·K (100℃), expansion coefficient 15.9×10⁻⁶/℃.

Composition of Stainless Steel
Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon. Stainless steels are steels containing at least 10.5% chromium, less than 1.2% carbon and other alloying elements. Stainless steel’s corrosion resistance and
mechanical properties can be further enhanced by adding other elements, such as nickel, molybdenum, titanium, niobium, manganese, etc.
