Corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of 304L stainless steel at room temperature is equivalent to that of 304, but its resistance to intergranular corrosion is significantly enhanced during welding or high temperature environments, making it suitable for chemical, petroleum and other industrial fields.
Mechanical properties
Tensile strength ≥520MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥40%, hardness ≤187HB, suitable for manufacturing parts requiring high strength and good plasticity.
Processing characteristics
Excellent processing performance, can be subjected to hot processing such as stamping and bending, and has no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, and the operating temperature range can reach -196℃ to 800℃.
