Corrosion resistance
Especially resistant to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion, and performs well in chloride environments such as seawater and salt spray.
Molybdenum (2%-3%) significantly improves corrosion resistance, and the self-healing function of the passivation film can resist pitting caused by scratches.
Mechanical properties
Tensile strength ≥520 MPa, yield strength ≥205 MPa, elongation ≥40%, hardness ≤187HB.
Stability is maintained at high temperatures (≤870℃), suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Other characteristics
Non-magnetic in solid solution state, weakly magnetic after processing, meeting non-magnetic demand scenarios.
Good weldability and processability, can be formed through a variety of processes.
