SUS304 stainless steel wire rods

SUS304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties, good hot processing properties such as stamping and bending, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, and no magnetism. The chemical composition of SUS304 stainless steel includes: carbon (C) ≤ 0.08%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 2.00%, silicon (Si) ≤ 1.00%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.045%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.03%, nickel (Ni) 8.00-11.00%, chromium (Cr) 17.00-19.00%. These elements work together to give SUS304 stainless steel its unique physical and chemical properties. For example, nickel and chromium are the main elements that form the austenite phase, which makes SUS304 stainless steel have a stable austenite structure, thereby improving its corrosion resistance and other excellent properties.

Corrosion resistance: SUS304 stainless steel wire rod has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion from most corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, including common acidic and alkaline solutions.
