Corrosion resistance
TP304L stainless steel contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, and has excellent corrosion resistance. It can resist most oxidizing acids, organic acids and inorganic acids, and is especially stable in chloride ion environments. ‌

Welding performance
The low-carbon design (carbon content ≤ 0.03%) significantly reduces carbide precipitation during welding, avoids intergranular corrosion, and ensures the corrosion resistance of welded joints. ‌

Mechanical properties
Tensile strength ≥ 903 MPa, yield strength ≥ 274 MPa, elongation ≥ 65%, shrinkage ≥ 75% at 0°C, with both high strength and toughness. ‌

Applicable temperature range
It can remain stable in an environment of -196°C to 870°C, and still maintain good impact strength at low temperatures, which is suitable for polar or high-temperature fluid transmission scenarios. ‌

Processing characteristics
Good ductility facilitates cold rolling and hot rolling forming. Hot rolling or cold rolling processes are used to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish during the production of seamless pipes. ‌

Widely used in chemical equipment, oil and gas transportation, food processing equipment, medical equipment and architectural decoration.
